I don’t subscribe to the “hustle til you burn out” model of traditional entrepreneurship.

Some of the aspects of the feminine/masculine business model:

  • I hold myself accountable without rigid, punishing deadlines. (& yes I still get LOTS of shit done!)

  • I incorporate joy and hobbies like basketball and tennis to keep my energy flowing.

  • I get a full 8.5 hours of sleep consistently* every night and prioritize my social life

  • I build success while living fully - not being a slave to my business. Most of us create businesses for more freedom but we become slaves to our businesses. Over the years I’ve learned how to work less and make more.

    & I’d love to be your guide for you to do the same.

This model isn’t just something I teach, it’s how I live.

It’s why I travel so often, pursue hobbies outside of business, and take extended sabbaticals without guilt. Last year, I took 6 weeks completely off work. The year before, I took 8 weeks off (that’s two months, by the way!). And my business didn’t just survive- it thrived, because I’ve built it around sustainability, alignment, and trust in my own rhythms.

And this isn’t just theory - it’s what I help my clients embody too.

I’ve guided all my business clients in creating offers that feel expansive instead of draining, and in transforming their relationship to social media so that content creation becomes joyous and energizing rather than a chore. This shift makes consistency natural, creativity effortless, and their messaging magnetic - which ultimately leads to more impact, more aligned clients, and more revenue.

My philosophy isn’t just about strategy or mindset, but building a business that feels good to run. Because when your body, mind, and energy are aligned- consistency, clients, and cash flow become inevitable.
