Hello / Hafa Adai yan Tirow / Kumusta!

I’m Asia Camacho Hilario. And I believe in divine timing, so I trust you’re here for a reason.

I didn’t set out to be a coach, speaker, or nonprofit founder.. I set out to survive.

I grew up in a home with severe physical and verbal abuse, and like so many of us, I was shaped by religious shame, patriarchal conditioning, and generational trauma. I spent years living from my head, completely disconnected from my body.

My turning point came the night a panic attack left me on the bathroom floor. I realized I couldn’t keep living like that. That night, I made the brave choice to go to therapy for the first time.

Therapy cracked me open.

For the first time, I wasn’t numb.

I felt things.

I cried.

I grieved.

I began to understand that I was worthy of love.

While therapy was incredibly helpful, after a few years, mindset work started to feel shallow. Like I was just rearranging thoughts without really shifting the pain underneath. I knew there was a deeper layer, I just didn’t know what it was.

That’s when I discovered somatic work and epigenetics.

Learning about epigenetics changed the way I saw myself. It’s not just a metaphor - there’s science showing that we can inherit the fears, traumas, and survival patterns of the generations before us. I wasn’t only carrying my pain - I was carrying my mother’s, my grandmother’s, and everyone who came before me. (Which, by the way is VERY crucial work if you come from a lineage that’s descendant of war, poverty, oppression, or all of the above).

And the most liberating and hopeful truth:

What we inherit, we can also transform.

Somatic work became the doorway to that transformation. It taught me how to feel safe in my body, to trust my intuition, and to release pain I didn’t even realize I was carrying.

Now, I live an embodied life.

I sleep 8+ hours every night.

I have hobbies that light me up.

I created the capacity to launch Sagan Flores, the first holistic health nonprofit for my home island.

I’m writing a book.

I travel the world on my own time, working from my computer and staying rooted in my community and culture.

But the most important thing:

I am my truest, most authentic self.

My life doesn’t just look good from the outside - it feels good.

My most dominant emotions are contentment, fulfillment, and happiness. (Dominant meaning: Humans are supposed to experience a spectrum of emotions, the key is not to just be ONE emotion - but rather, shift the dominant ones to what aligns with the goals and the life I want to live. I shifted from anger/resentment/sadness/despair as my most dominant emotions, to fulfillment, joy, happiness as the ones that are behind the wheel.) — Humble flex!

Another flex rooted in humility and with the purpose of showing more of my journey: after 5 years of sobriety, I can tell you this: when you can sit with yourself without distractions - when you can be with yourself in your rawest form - you know how deeply you truly love yourself.

Six years into this coaching work, I’ve guided hundreds of clients through their own self-love journeys, helping them reclaim their bodies, their voices, and their lives.

My values are simple:

Integrity (Living life according to my values. ESP - walking the walk & embodying what I help clients with)

Decolonization.

Holistic healing.

Elevating my people and communities.

I don’t just teach self-love. I live it.

And I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you learn to do the same.
